Mission.

PREASA is an HVAC retail store. Initially, met to discuss a possible partnership to incorporate Hecho to connect it’s HVAC contractor clients to their home owning clients who requested service.

Through discussions and digging through their CRM, it became apparent that there was a strong need for a marketing department, and a clear pipeline of information from a department to the sales team.


Outcome.

The need was presented to ownership and a complete audit and study was done of the current state of their marketing efforts.


Proposal.

Presented a sales inspired plan to implement a cohesive digital marketing strategy, outlined methodologies, and introduction of key-performance indicators to track progress of the plan.
